This course is presented by Georgia Tech through the Susan B. Harwood grant. It is geared toward safety personnel/technicians, management, supervisors, leads, or even workers (maybe on a safety team or equivalent) from production, operations, and maintenance/engineering at poultry/meatpacking establishments. We will be discussing packers liability with regard to contractors and sanitation teams and how packers can manage risk with contractors.
