Meat Packing & Poultry Hazards Training

This course is presented by Georgia Tech through the Susan B. Harwood grant. It is geared toward safety personnel/technicians, management, supervisors, leads, or even workers (maybe on a safety team or equivalent) from production, operations, and maintenance/engineering at poultry/meatpacking establishments.
The training is designed to address the typical hazards that are involved in the industry. We will identify the typical hazards to be encountered, discuss methods of evaluation, and identify best practices to eliminate/control the hazards.
