Benefits Of Working With Us

Reducing Injuries and Saving Lives

As safety professionals, we know that education and training are invaluable when it comes to safety. We can’t simply talk about safety, but must educate and reinforce safety policies and procedures. The Nebraska Meat Packing Safety Alliance of Nebraska will focus on working together to keep all Nebraskans safe from harm.

Reduce Hazards

The best way to protect yourself and your employees from workplace hazards is to identify, manage and reduce exposure to hazards. Working together we can learn about and take the reasonable steps necessary to keep your team safe.

Share Best Practices

A best practice is defined as a technique or methodology that, through experience or research, has proven to reliably lead to a desired result. Our goal is to share these best practices to mitigate the risks associated with the meat packing industry.

Turnover Reduction

High employee turnover is detrimental to an organization’s bottom line. Implementing a communication program that includes information about your safety culture encourages employee engagement and reduces turnover due to avoidable injuries. Employees want to know that safety is a priority and what your team does to ensure their safety every day.
